Invitation for Bids (IFB) Western Area Rural District Council NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING (NCB)Procurement Number: WARDC/12/15The Western Area Rural District Council has allocated funds from the Government of Sierra Leone and the Institutional Reform and Capacity Building Project (IRCBP) under the Decentralized Service Delivery Programme (DSDP) for the construction of a mini library at Goderich and now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the construction of:
One (1) Mini library at Goderich Bidding is open to all interested bidders who hold valid certificates from Contractors Registration Board of Sierra Leone: financial Class II and above. Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address below between 10:00 am to 3:00 pm Mondays to Fridays. Bidding documents may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Le 300,000 (Three hundred thousand Leones). Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12:00 noon on Monday, 16th April 2012. All bids must be accompanied by:q A bid security of Le10,000,000 (ten million Leones) q a valid tax certificate;q copy of classification certificateq copy of valid business registration certificateq NASSIT clearance certificateq Valid Local Council Registration certificateq Work Scheduleq Evidence of similar works undertaken Bids will be opened on Monday, 16th April 2012 at 12:00 noon in the presence of bidders or representatives who choose to attend, at the address below.
